Here is its eulogy, a collection of the kind words written about it while still among the living. They shall live on forever in its place.

EDIT:
Fixed some bugs. May take a bit to update
After several months, it's finally done.
This game is not focused on killing enemies or increasing your score, but tries to focus mainly on exploration and collection. Have fun, and be sure to rate and review.

Reviews

I was looking at your reviews/comments...

And allot of the reviews were right. I mean, although it doesn't make sense, why did you add enemies? I mean what's the point of adding a couple of enemies that aren't very well thought out to a game that doesn't need them. The "puzzles were simple and repetitive, mostly "open door (a to get item a and proceed to door/item (b" and the boss fight was just pathetic. OK it was maybe a few minutes of fun, especially the pink room and the giant snail, but pros here far out way the cons only 5, being generous. It was a good idea just not unique + you added things it didn't need. :[

Honestly.

Not really good, it doesn't make sense sometimes(orbs that make giant slugs disappear).
The walking, and sound were pretty good.
And one thing that was pretty bad, the boss fight... its stupid.
You can touch the boss, and the missiles he shots dont cause much damage at all.
And why the boss dont shoot any missiles when the shield magically dissapear?

meh

Yayz! I saved the mouthless, noseless, poorly animated, absentminded, green guy from the weird place that was where the sewers was supposed to be. seriously nothing really special. There was one enemy, one turret, one boss. Almost all of the games puzzles were to simply collect the right key and move to the newly opened door. The only puzzle outside of this was pushing the rock. The enemy was generic, jump on him till he dies. The boss was generic, avoid missles until the painfully obvious switch can be pushed. It is a decent game so if you have a few minutes and are bored you may play through this once. This doesn't seem like it is going to be front paged any time soon. To improve this game I would recommend either putting more challenging puzzles into the game or more enemies (if the latter giving the character more movement speed would be needed). Finally, if you are feeling adventurous add something that makes this game unique.

Hi. Thanks for stating your opinion, but a few things in your review dont make too much sense.
First of all please tell me how he's poorly animated. I see that you havent submitted anything, so Im guessing youve never animated. The walk cycle is actually pretty good. The games based on exploration, so I didnt even plan on adding any enemies at all, but gave in and added a few. Sorry you didnt like it.

I totally

loved this game. the colors, the characters, how simple it was. ill i think should happen is the guy move a little faster and have some sort of other actions he can do. you should be a sequel but make it HUGE. great game.

Really fun!

I enjoyed the little puzzling adventure. I disliked the hit system though, like I would fall through the floor sometimes, but that was the only real problem. The game was overall really fun to play and RAWR for all the newgrounders who gave it less than a 3.

5/10 from me bud.
