Here is its eulogy, a collection of the kind words written about it while still among the living. They shall live on forever in its place.

its ok

okay at the start your lighting was really bad, i really couldnt see your persians. maybe you could have gotten a hair light, or even a desk lamp and used that to make the scene just that bit brighter.

next is the quality... im not sure if it was because you had a bad camera, or if it was the compressing of the movie that made it a bit lacking in detail. next time maybe you could try submitting it in two submissions or something (thats if you make another one).

as Sifr said you models weren't very detailed and could use a bit more work, as well as some of the weapons they were using (the axe was good though).

the scenery or setting you used didnt fit the story i thought. i think it would have been better if you did it agains a plain white background and used a program like photoshop to put a background in later (thats if you have the time to do that).

another thing was your actuall animating of the clay... it wasnt very smooth to me, and at times it looked a bit jumpy. maybe you should try taking more photo's and having smaller amounts of movenment per slide. sure it will take more time and more effort will need to be put into a peice, but it will be worth it in the end im sure.

anyways besides all this it is an okay claymation and im sure in the future you will produce better and better animations :)

Yeah I'm kinda new to animating clay this was my 5'th Stop-motion video that I made for a world cultures project for extra credit. Also sorry there not detailed but if they were then I would have most likely never finnished this due to my patiant. 1. Because putting them all into outfit would take forever. 2. The outfits would begin to mix with the clayman and look crappy in the end anyway. But I'm glad you liked it!
1 last thing the jumpyness you were talking about that was me hitting the camra lol

works

some suggestions for future pieces.. use sfx, and even tho they take longer to do some shots zoomed out a little more, it makes the battle seem more massive and action packed. lol better lighting might help to. I liked it and the music choice was good too.

<deleted> responds:

lol thanks

An okay piece.

0. Hello.

1. Every good claymation should always be applauded because time and hardwork are spent heavily on it. So I applaud you.

2. Music is good, could have used some sfx though to make the video more interesting.

3. The figures lacked detail but you're not to be blamed for that because detail really takes hardwork. Maybe in future claymations, if you don't have time constraints you can improve on this factor.

4. The video quality is not that good, it maybe caused by the video camera you were using.

5. Good day.

<deleted> responds:

sweet thanks!

Not flash, but that's okay.

It wasn't necessarily a flash submission, but in this case, it doesn't matter. This was a hilarious submission. Good job on the claymation.

<deleted> responds:

yay thanks! btw iz a flash now!
