Sorry for the long load, I ended up cramming a lot into this animation, the extended 10mg upload helped that happen too thankfully
Hope you enjoy it anyway, my drawing and animating skills have definitely improved along with lip synching as well, so it shouldn't blind anyone this time.
I watched part 1 first, as you said...
...and found it lacking, just like part 2. Somehow, it just doesn't manage to be interesting. The lip sync is indeed better but still off at most times, and not animating simple things like walking and such just doesn't do it.
Maybe with some more time you can perfect the lip sync, do some better voices and start working on more animations of the characters?
You have improved indeed, but I think that with a little more time you can do even better.

first off i am personally glad you changed the artstyle on this one compaired to the first one... Jill actually looks like a girl in this one! and i feel the simpler and more anime-ish style better suits this flash.
You took out the James bond music... good idea, it fit the first one but it wouldn't fit this one. and the voices started out right then the animation ended up slower than the sounds.. i actually know exactly what is happening but i do not know how to fix it. but i do realize that it was spot on while it was in the flash program. so i wont say anything else about that.
The random storyline was nice, i like random. But i feel some more resident evil oriented comedy is in order, rather than taking random jokes from random differant things. (example: when the one guy bursts out of the french fries and does a kamahamaha)
OK i realize that this review is getting rediculously long and some people want me to shut up now so i will. ^-^ 8/10
Thanks for your response dude! Yeah. Half way through making this I looked back on part one and suddenly realised how masculine I made Jill. I'm also happy that you of few understand what's going on with lip syncing. In the past two years I've been getting into anime so I couldn't help but draw it anime-esque.
