I like the fact you used the music from goldeneye anbd ultimate spiderman those games rock any way it was funny but it still made no sense whaich was fine just improve the graphics and your fine

When I first saw the title of this, I was sure you were going to rip off the VG-Cats whole bit on the SARS stuff...but then it turned out there was nothing in your flash about SARS. Christ...there was hardly any Resident Evil in your flash aside from the characters. The art that you did yourself is good, and the voice acting was fairly decent. Those are pretty much the only plusses I can give to the animation.

Other than that, I can see you were trying to play the "completely random crap" card with this, but it doesn't seem like you really thought it out too much (and yes, the "completely random crap" comedy does have to be thought out...otherwise you end up with something that isn't funny, i.e your flash).

I think if you work on it and actually put some thought into it instead of pulling random stupidity out of your ass, you could definitely have decent flash cartoons.
