Ok, I lik Super Mario Bros. Z, but I really have to admit that this thing made me laugh. Everyone has their own opinion about everything, so I'm not gonna sit around and insult someon for being of a different opinion like some reviewers.
I gave it a 7 overall because it wasn't impressed with the cop-out graphics and sound, but like I said it did make me laugh, and of course you were doing it purposely.

It was kind of funny, but the best is really all of the reviews, some really made me laugh, but you should not be credited for the funny reviews on your flash, so I am not rating this more than 1, I probably would have given more if you had made a real movie, this is just a short clip that you probably made in less than an hour, so I'm sure that you don't expect more than that anyway.
And I really don't want to encourage all of this anti-smbz movement, you are all talking about smbz as if it were the worst thing on newgrounds, but since 99% of the newgrounds community think that it's awesome, saying that it's a waste of space seems out of place... whatever, i'm sure that I am not the one that will make you change your mind about that anyway :p

This movie is stupid... Super Mario Bros. Z doesn't "use a lot of dialogue", and even if it did, that wouldn't make it boring. Most of the series is composed of really elaborate fighting scenes, and that's why we like it. It's not Alvin_Earthworm's fault if you're too lazy to read two sentences. You just have to push the spacebar, dummy. And the dialogue helps you understand the story anyway. If you skipped all the dialogue, then no one would know what was happening. And at least make a decent parody! The series has nothing to do with Mario and Sonic sitting around talking about real estate. It's about Mario and Sonic trying to get Chaos Emeralds. AND, saying that the fans of SMBZ are 11 year olds who jack off to it isn't funny. People say stuff like that all the time because they think it makes them sound smart, or like they're somehow making fun of the person, and it doesn't work. How do we know you're not 11 years old? It IS pretty childish to make a crappy flash like this just to attack a really great series that managed to get its own Collection on Newgrounds.

Regardless, that was pretty damn funny. I'm guessing this was half assed. Even so, I think it's fairly decent.
