Basically Link gets bored of sailing, so his boat advises him to fish, maybe he'll find something neat :D

It got better. The boost thing was funny.
But there was no attention to detail. The subtitles didn't match the voices at several points, and the dialogue sometimes...I dunno..overexplained what was going on?
