I'm not saying it's the worst Madness
but I'm afraid it comes quite close. Things just weren't thought through enough, and there wasn't enough time taken when doing a lot of the drawing, the van and it's explosion are key examples. I can't think of a better word than shoddy. Next time try to think past what you think would be cool, to what would make sense - and then force it to look cool.

You did an ok job there but you could've done better. Altough there are some plot holes:
1. How did that guy jump off the roof and was ok when the other one died?
2. Aren't vehicles that carry lots of money suposed to be armored and if so, how come he could make a hole through its roof with nothing more than sub machineguns?
1.cause the other other one got ran over.
2. your under estamating the power of any fire arm. even your dads .22 could pearce through a normal van.

Could've been better
But I suggest you should think of your own sort of series. You have alot of talent, plus if you plan to make another maddness based flash kringles usually increases the framerate and you should do it to. Other then that I have no problems with the flash, but like I said before think of your own ideas you can make great flash.
Ya iam just sooooo bored man! I don't know what to do it seems like Ive done it all! But it is 35 frames a second just slow tweening. Please review one of my other subbmissions and say An Idea of a new flash I could make... If youve already reviewed them than email me! It would help alot! I would even include you in the credits and in the intro.
