Black and white was kind of better than in color. Also you're doing too much motion tweening, it doesn't look as funny as an old cartoon may have been.

After a few black and white movies, it’s time for Billy and Henry to get colorful. We’ve worked a while on this cartoon! It features Billy watching TV, and Henry (Billy’s retarded brother who is locked up in a cage) screaming, and causing chaos.

From the mind of someone who would find a fart gag funny in an empty room with no ventalation when they had just farted comes this little effort. In redemption good quality and placement of sound fails to make up for a badly realised OK idea . OH AND WHAT THE FUCK IS WITH THE INTRO AND THE SHITE SCOOBY DOO MOMENT
That was Exceptional! The Animation was good (although Choppy in some Areas) it had a High Resolution look and feel, and the whole set up was very professional... I enjoyed it Very much
