Want to know why your "Test" is such a failure?
Because you've already submitted this before! People have already seen it. I have already seen it. There is no point to resubmitting something that is already in the portal. There is no point in watching something that I have already seen and I'm sure that the people that "Blammed without seeing the whole thing" felt the same way.
