Here is its eulogy, a collection of the kind words written about it while still among the living. They shall live on forever in its place.

After having to do a boring english essay on the play Romeo and Juliet I thought I'd remake it and spice it up a bit. So:-
1) I made it shorter (About 20 seconds)
2) Made it get right to the action
3) No soppy love scenes

hmm...don't remeber Danny Shakespeare....

abit silly, and you could have used a better play then Romeo and Juliet...oh well

Exterminate!

Typical of Newgrounds but not of Romeo and Juliet

Being a literature fanatic when it comes to the classic works, I am very dissappointed by this flash. However, I can easily understand how many view the play to be a tale of death and massacre instead of a commentary on politics and love. Rated as a flash that illustrates the only aspect of the play that holds the attention of many modern students, I would have to give it an overall scored of 6/10. The illustrations are definitly better than what I can do but overall could be replaced with piss-poor cutouts and still be just as good. I could barely make out the dialogue at the beginning the first time I watched this although the robot is very easy to understand.
If I were to rate this flash based on its description, then it would be given an overall rating of 0/10. The flash is only typical of the play in that there are two parties fighting for a portion of the tale.

Who are you?

Daleks rule!

The sudden appearence of the daleks had me cracking up but otherwise it was too short. Still good though!

Thou Art Amazing

That was so great. I was truly expecting a shitty "retelling" of the story and when the robot came on all I could say was "Oh God, yes." Please don't listen to that idiot who thinks that you have defiled Romeo and Juliet and that it's a good story for teens. That person is lame and probably 12. Please make more of these even though you said you weren't planning on it. You are one cool guy.... well, that's enough ass-kissing.

The dickhead that wrote the review was actually 14. I never take advice off people younger then me. Wipper snappers should listen to their elders! I may remake Macbeth with Mr Bean. That would be cool. Or maybe Hamlet with the sex pistols.
