Nicely animated sprite work, but the story is crap. Mario can never die if Peach will always just revive him, so wheres the drama?

Well, here's number 2! This one is like an intermission, it's way shorter, and is really only here to get the story going.

Yeah, basically, this is a little bit stupid at times. When Peach's spirit...thingy...was 'lifting his spirit' as you say, couldn't you have at least put in gates?
