Try holding shift as you draw it, I think it's what you mean...
I meant outlines of a character, not literally a line

I don't really think Super Yombario understands what you mean.
Its called the line tool. I hate using it, but it always leaves clean lines.

I don't think you understand what he means. He's referring to how the animator did it in the movie in the link he just referred you to. Of which, doesn't use lines.
I'd guess that he's using a medium-low smooth setting (About 45 - 65), and Optimising each frame possibly. (Select the image you want to smooth, and hit Alt + Ctrl + Shift + C)
Also, I'd guess that he's using a tablet.
Man ive gotta agree, his line work is fuckin beautiful.
Its just a matter of practice really. You just need to make confident strokes, and he probably does go over each frame and optimises it and make sure its consistent.

That Alt+Ctrl+Shit+C thing REALLY helped friend (just stumbled upon this forum looking for a solution to mah line problem). Thanks bro! <3
