It might be, but in the case of necrophilia, what's really so wrong with it? It's not them, anymore. You're not raping a person, you're raping a lifeless corpse. Made illegal, and is just plain seen as bad, you are having sex with rotting corpses, not really something that is good to do. Would you really feel ok with having sex with a dead body, giving yourself pleasure using a human appearing rotted mess...I just wouldn't.
It could be acceptable I guess if they are recently dead and you loved them in life, but really just overall...bad.
