I agree with that. I think, if you have AIDS and you don't tell every partner and don't wrap your willy up, then you really deserve to die in jail. And maybe the safest place would be solitary confinement. Maybe we could have a HIV prison, or even a HIV hostel, where if you fetishise AIDS you can go there and fuck loads of men, with the only condition being you die within those walls.
