For drums, you'll most likely want to sample them. Are some links to samples and stuff helpful for dnb drums.
Basses, on the other hand... Here is a free VST, great for reeses!
hmm.. yeah... a vst for drums.. hehe...
What are you using? If you are using Cubase there are plenty of good rex files out there that you can import presliced.. or you could actually do some work and get a break and slice it yourself (the fruity autoslicer sucks by the way) or you could get some half decent samples and make your own breaks out of them.
