ok, I am about 1 hour and forty minutes in and I am still just laying out the colors and shadows quickly...One thing I always try to do is work biggest to smallest....
About 3 hours in now... I think that I got the lighting how I want it...now I am going to soften the skin and work out some of the details....
Is anybody interested in this or should I stop updating this?

Here is a new update...about three more hours...I blended all the color and made it look a bit softer....I added 2 multiply layers 1 with a little noise filter and one with a dust and scratches filter...I then adjusted the colors and started focusing on the hair....
Any comments....questions ...suggestions...anything?

Thanks!....I did squish it on accident!...I didnt even notice....when I change the image size from 8x8 to 8x10 in got squished
Lookis good! I really like the way you did her hair. Did you use a teeny brush and draw every strand? or is there an easier way?

Thank you! No easier way I know of it very time consuming....I normally work on for a while then move on to somthin else then come back to it....the hair is still not right yet....

I have not meant a medium or program I didnt like....but I have been using PS longer....I needs some critques....PLEASE
bump up the contrast bud, its looking way too blurry dont be afraid to use sharp brushes for defining the shapes first before you go into detailing...i think the problem with most is the tendency to start refining off the bat. IF you define the basic shapes and lighting first detailing comes easier.

well the wtaerfall is pretty flat the water looks like its moving but the colors are just off it should'nt be soo white
the big dude face is still very blurry and the eye as well study more anatomy
the robot is nice i like it just watch ur proportions the last robot shrunk and the shading makes him look like cardboard.

I am still working on that...I never really drew landcapes and stuff like that... but I think it is a good start

Thanks....that is actully just rough sketch...I am going to render him in 3D and put him in a game I am making with the unreal game engine.....
