I gave this one a shot, but I'm not sure how it turned out. I made the text animated at first, but the file size for it was just over the limit.

You don't sign up.
You make sigs in the ASM for people and then you get voted into a tryout here by your peers there and from already existing SSM members. Then at the end of the tryout the SSM votes as to weather or not you should be allowed to join.

well, i tried... im the only one online (apparently) and i guess im not very good with with this kind of sigs. if you think it sucks because it's messy, i can remove the border and it might look better.

1) Hi if you could I'd like a siggy with the picture below on it (but not too small though so I can see it well and even more than once if it looks good :) ), with my username on it in a cool style in the bottom right hand corner (fairly small so it doesnt take up most of the sig please please don’t put my name in the middle). The background must be in the colours yellow and purple - you know the colours King wears in "Tekken Tag tournament", and Id also really want some cool effects like a border or tears or preferably slashing.. So basicly I would like it King and tekken looking its gotta be fierce I mean come on he’s a leapord dude! I would really appreciate this :D

2) Im also posting the tekken font that I’d perhaps like my username in the bottom right corner of my sig to be in - the firey four is the want I'd like or if not a similiar one, like the font that displays the name of the character next to the health bar in Tekken tag tournament during the fight in a yellow colour (its probably in a screenshot somewhere on google images.
