Highest abortion rate in the world

I think it's my town.
I was told recently that Europe had the highest abortion rate in the world out of continents. I don't know if that's true, but a teacher told me so I'll just believe it anyway. Then, I was told before that that England had the highest abortion rates in Europe. THEN I was told that Plymouth has the highest abortion rates in England (we looked into this one a couple of months ago so I know this one's true.)

Which I think makes Plymouth the abortion capital of the world.

I know what you're thinking. There could be a place with a million more abortions than Plymouth, but every other town in that country has zero so it evens out. But I don't care. Stop trying to take my thunder.
