Wierd New Fad On Ytmnd

Has anyone noticed the weird new fad that seems to be on YTMND? There's been a recent influx of pages with a "question-mark, x", as well as weird-ass pictures and music. Nobody on the YTMND forums seems to know what it is and there has really been a lot of them around. Any ideas?
