Ok Rebbay I'm not going to try being a asshole but I will keep it short. Your drawing just sucked and was ugly I could have done that myself in 5 - 10 minutes so here are some tips
- Use more tools available tools in paint (or whatever you have been drawing it with), the eyes for an example you could use that circle tool
- try finishing it
- Or just draw it on paper and scan it, only works if you have a scanner ofcourse
this is my version of the drawing it took me 17 minutes and 17 seconds
and yes I know it is not very good and the girl is very ugly so I'm going to try to draw it on paper scan it and then post it here maybe
