Anyway it is a really good picture even though I have no idea who he is or what he stands for. I like the smeared looking colors in the backround combined with the shadows it's pretty cool and it works well.

Good pic, but it would've looked better if you've drawn the back yourself instead of a pic. looks a bit lazy. You usually have 1 source of light. Could be there are two, but the shading looks somewhat awkward.
