Im happy with flash though.
The rumor of the prices being higher because people tend to "buy" stuff is stupid proaganda put out by Le' Goverment and/or people who don't like other people "buying" stuff.
I haven't "Bought" Photoshop, im actully quiet happy with PaintDotNet.

There was once a legendary coloring thread in the Flash forum awhile ago. People would post clean line art drawn in Flash and allow it to be downloaded and colored as the colorist saw fit. I think this thread could be a good successor to that one if you sharpened up the line drawings a bit and let other people post line art (preferably in .fla format).
