That would hold true if I were the only one getting points. Cadji (although not very many) gets his share of points too. Even if he didn't, it would be closer to 2 weeks than 1. So because he does, it will now take me more than 2 weeks, because the requirement to pass him has now gone up.

i am almost always on and depositing so dont expect to catch up on me anytime soon... except i got a job working at a camp this summer.. day camp and i gotta work extended hours... hmmmm so maybe you can catch up.. damn it!

Sorry to hear that, Red. I'd noticed you and X had parted a bit on the list, but I hadn't specifically noticed how much he had risen and you had fallen.

But whoever else said it was right... The way Cadji has been going, there is almost NO difference right now between his points and his points a week ago. He has literally gotten less than 100 points in about 10 days, in fact. Just 2 days of work on your part should fix that. And it seems like the 5 people behind him, who aren't on the list (most of whom must be the people who got knocked off in the past month or two (Violet-AIM, PratT, so forth), are NOT trying to get back on at all. You'll have an easy time getting past 5050 points, man. Do not despair! #;-}>

So as you can see, when the list was fresh and new and I was constantly finding new people to look at for inclusion, I was updating every day or two days the first week. Then it became every 2, 3, or 4 days. Now it tends to be every 4, 5, or 6 days.

Hmm.. I feel compelled to take up where Captain_Bob left off, and keep a log of all users with a 7.00 voting power or greater, and rank 'em... I could start by checking his old list, but I'm not going to do much tonight, but if you have any suggestions, I'd like 'em.

That would be awesome. The problem is, there's a ton of them. But it's not like you want to keep track of their base voting power and their b/p +% bonus, you just need raw full voting power. Problem is, you'll still have to check tons of profiles initially.

Clearly, start with the top 50 users by experience, then check the top 50 by blams/protects. Hell, go ahead and check anyone who wasn't in those two in the top 50 by popularity.

After that... whew... I dunno. Hunt down everyone that USED to be 6 or above on Captain Bob's list (do you have it? I saved the one he posted on 2/25, which I believe was the last one)... and check their profiles after searching for them on the user profile search.

what the heck? For months he made a text list and posted it to the BBS, with everyone over 3000 numbered, but everyone over 2000 ON the list and in order, if not numbered.

Now that I'm ABOUT to get to the inclusion point total, he switches to a flat NG-top-50-list-style webpage with 2900 something points as the bottom slot? Blah.

You sure he isn't still maintaining the longer 2000+ list, too, and just making the webpage out of the top 50 on it?
