We can be stimulated purely on menality, so I wouldnt be surprised if we could orgasm purely on mentality. I mean, if it's done in dreams and sleep, it should be able to be done conscious, just probably takes a hell of a lot.

Also, being that sexuality can be based so much on mentality, one CAN orgasm without being specifically touched on sexual parts. Like, sometimes being touch in certains places or ways, like your back, neck, legs, whatever, can send strong enough signals.
I cant imagine the orgasm being as intense as a physical stimulated one, but I'm pretty confident it can still be achieved.
