im a member of the pther sonic crew, and beleive it or not it is alive and well, protobassx just hasnt been on since he wanted a new leader, and i was the only one to respond to that poost, but i guess ill join so now im in 2 of these things

I like sonic too, but i think tails is gay, man. the bitch has like 4 asses. he probobly uses them to let sonic, nuckles, shadow, and his fav, dr eggman fuck him

i guess as sonic got newer and had more new characters they had to change the name of dr. robotnik to dr. eggman.

Supposedly I read somewhere that in the comic book series (I think that is where this came from) Dr. Robotnik was in a spacestation that he built and towards the end of one of their comics, Sonic and friends get out of it before it exploded and Robotnik didn't make it, he died. That's when Eggman got introduced as the "new Robotnik" after being activated (a robot I guess?) and then he took over the position. I think this all happnened due to legal issues because there was a company called Robotnik Inc. (or something like that) that was going to sue Sega for copyright infringment on the name. In response, they killed off the character.

I'm not too sure nowadays, but I think I remember reading all that in a game magazine and saw it brought up in another thread somewhere on here last week some time. They probably still do exist (I think they built robots, which is kinda funny) and they still probably have legal rights to the name. Sega just took the name Eggman and it will probably stick, that is unless Capcom had a lame Megaman boss named Eggman and trademarked that too. =P

It'll come back towards the evening when they're all on. They're pretty busy on some projects and stuff too, so that's another reason they're not around too much nowadays.

Heh, yeah I know how that is. I had to make a sprite sheet last week and without photoshop it took FOREVER. At least it got done and I can breathe easily now.

Here's something to look at that's constructive and new, so don't look away!

Yeah, I'm thinking about getting it myself in case I want to start doing something like that. Of course I'd have to learn how to do stuff with it first, but it would be all worth it in the end.

I hear you there, it would be fun to be able to make comics or cool sigs using photoshop. I'll be back on here afterwhile if you want to continue to talk. Got a little bit of work to do.
