I can add stuff like Text and extra details, but i was wondering if someone could make me some backgrounds

Basically, here's a border:

gif. version
png. version

What I would like is a bright firey/smokey/plasma(the works) BG on the inside of the border, with a mixture of different reds.
On the outside, I want basically the same, but with darker colours. Also, the whole texture should be similiar, but different from the inside.

If someone could do that for me, that would be absolute awesome. If the filetype could be a png, that would be even better, but a jpg will do!

i started off by downloading paint.NET until i knew all the tools, etc. and was comfortable, then got photoshop, so i was pretty much self taught. googling photoshop tutorials is also a good idea.
