really theres nothing to discuss. i kinda feel bad that Toms such a big icon now when he just used to be a kid with the internets. What really makes me mad is that i purchased AH just to support the creation of the next game :/ i feel as though it went to waste.
but hey thats just me. Im just not an idiot that way.
I enjoyed the game, and i bought it because i wanted it(halfly) but most of it was to support to the oncoming games of the behemoth. If i wanted to play a short wound game with repetative action i would play metal slug for a QUARTER. Anyways, the main point is i was hoping to get my grips on a CC game, and i feel as though TOM didnt think about everyone..
ChesyrePuss
I saw him sitting at the booth, looking rather glum looking through a book of Dan's art. I imagine the several days of geek schmoozing can get to anyone.
Looks good, but I hope it does get realesed on the Wii. Us over in the UK already never got a GC version of AH.

I had to, if only to partake in the juvinile act of spitting off of the ledge of something very tall. But yeah, It was awesome to shake hands with the authors of mysterious words on the internet for the first time. Very cool.
Even though half of the people on this thread have said it I'll ready, I'll throw my own hat in.
Castle Crashers Wii FTW!

I know we showed a rough demo of Castle Crashers last year on a Gamecube. Unfortunately, publishers aren't looking for Gamecube games anymore, so it isn't an option for us. With Live Arcade, we can publish ourselves! The model is great for small developers.
Awwwww.......Leavin the Gamecubers out....

It cost alot to get a game published on the cube, dude. Xbox is just being generous with their devkits.
Sounds good. I got a 360, but not sure if i can be f***ed hooking up live again. It gives me all kinds of crap.
According to a PM reply I got from Tom, he said that a PS2 version would be hard to do, unless they made a 'watered-down' version (which I would assume meaning cheapening up some of the background activity for less lag). Since I have no intention of getting a 360, I'm a bit skint to be affording next gen consoles anyway, plus I can't figure out for the life of me how to make online console gaming work, I say 'Water me down.' Considering PS2 was the only console that got AH in all released countries, it'd be criminal to deny the PS2 audience of this.

Sorry I'm slow on posting (stupid law school wasting my time, lol), but here's a pic of Dan, Tom and myself at Comic Con 2006. I have a few more pix of the booth; I'll post or email those later. Great seeing all of you again!
