Hopefully it's not a false report.
If it disappears, then its most likely blammed, and if it says "Unpublished Submission", that means it has gotten deleted by the mods.
(if you flag correctly ofc)
it gets deleted by a mod (+ whistle points)
it gets blamed because other people are voting zero on the upload (+blam point)
if it blams out before a mod deletes it you don't get whistle points. but after a certain amount of time and correctly flagging items the mods will recognize your name on the flagging ticket and can judge your flag with more acceptance that you know what you are doing
its just repetition and building a name for yourself as a paragon of the community

If it gets blammed = no whistle points
If it gets deleted by a mod = 1 whistle point (if correctly flagged)
I despise Garbage and Normal whistles, I prefer more Bronze to Deity levels
the name you build is more important
htflumpy's gold whistle status didn't mean anything and nothing he flagged ever got removed
It's 45% in the name, 50% being right, 5% whistle status
