1900s
probably 1928. From what I heard. I think it's wrong.

Dante- She is very very old. She taught Izumi and prepares her medicine for her. (Spoilers beyond, highlight to read)
She also performed human transmutations and created the homunculi Greed and Pride. She used to be Mr. Elrics lover and used the philosophers stone to transfer he body from one person to another. She is the one controlling all of the homunculi in order for her to obtain the stone to continue living on. She transfers her soul into Layla after her body begins to decay.

I think FMA will continue new episodes until the end. At that time, Samurai Champloo will also be completed. Maybe after that, InuYasha will return to weekdays.
The deadly sin I tend to fall under is Sloth. Not as in the homonculus, but in the act of laziness itself.
FMA probably lacked an ending because Wrath was about to strike down Rose and her child, and it...well, I'll find out next week. I don't want spoilers.
Well I was jsut on [AS] and it says January 15 is the next episode His Name is Unknown. I dont know if that's a new one or not. After that its Stray Dog. They need to update the website, I cant find any information on that site.

:-p
They're playing new episodes until the end of the series... There are only ten episodes left anyway. The past few weeks were just confusing, because they didn't play any new episodes during the holidays.
I am not responsible for the content of the post above.
Does anyone know if there will be anymore new episodes after episode 51? I feel there's so much lose strings just to end it just like that.
Today's episode, Scar made the Philopsher stone, killing himself and pretty much the entire State's Army. Was a good episode, sucked to see so many people die like that. Can't wait for the next one...

acutally i do belive he had to do something to cause that chain reaction seeing as how he was "scar's arm", and that transmutation never acutally stopped him from being a bomb. so what exactly did happen to him then?
I'd be either Sloth, or Wrath.. Because I'm incredibly lazy.. Until you piss me off.

simple. If you remember from Labatory 5, A special circle is required to transmute the philopsher stone. The very center is where all the energy is focused in a transmutation, Al was at the center, and had a circle attached to him, Scar's arm. Scar's arm as you remember not only broke down, but kept souls inside it. With that being said the souls of Isbal and the 4000 or so infantry from Archer's brigade were combined (with Al and Scar) to create the stone inside Al.
Incase your wondering: Scar and Lt. Colonel Archer are both deceased, in fact, they're in the stone now.

That's quite possibly one of the worst jokes ever told on this BBS.

yep, i remeber that part. so not only did it create the stone, but it also transmuted his body back to normal? weird. i thought scar died right before the transmutation happen? archer deserved it... what could happen next is driveing me insane. do you know if they are going to keep showing new episodes? or are they gonna restart it again....

who's body? al is still his metal shell, just Kimbly's bomb enchantment is gone. I'm pissed Kimbly and Archer died, this series killed all 3 of my favorite characters.
(Hughes, Kimbly, Archer)

1921.
"As the old saying goes...what was it again?"
Tonight was a good episode, finally get to meet Ed and Al's father. I got bored today and decided to watch the episodes on you tube. So I know how everything goes down, but I'll keep my mouth shut.
I am a new terror born in death, a new superstition entering the unassailable fortress of forever. I am legend.
well the new episode just ended. Personally I liked it, too bad the mystery man looks so much like Edward, you can tell they're related without knowing. Best yet, Armstrong and Mustang finally catch Edward/Al. I sorta wish that the fight lasted longer though.
