i never usually go on forums but i was wondeirn if anyone was talkin about my movie...so i searched for the tittle of my movie and found a post.....
so i'll answer this problem.............
first u gotta turn up the frame rate of the movie...about 30 or higher...its in an menu "Modify"-->movie....tats the main point........
