The only reason I can think of is that me and Klacid were in my Phantasmagoria 2 collab together.

Hey,
I grant you the permission to do it for free if its any of the characters from any of our anime games. You see we are borrowing character artwork from various series and artists. We distribute these games with the intent that they are free and we do not gain profit from them keeping in mind that if we marketed the games we made with copyrighted artwork that is not our own we would be liable for repercussions. If you were to use characters from some of my brother’s movies or from I Own time then yes I would ask for some form of funding for them. But otherwise unless you were making money directly from using copyrighted anime you can use them at your will.

Anyways, no problem. You're a cool guy and it would be super sweet if you really did get some kind of big deal. I'm still confused how he got my email and wasn't able to figure out yours. I mean, it's in your profile for crying out loud.
