This is what Newgrounds says to do to get more experience points.

"As a registered user, you can accumulate up to ten experience points per day by voting on movies. You can deposit once per day - any points you acquire after your deposit will carry over for the next 24 hours, into the following day.

New! - The experience points you acquire now add weight to your votes. A user with an abundance of points will have the strength of multiple voters. This means that you can really hurt the movies you hate, and really help the movies you love. We make the assumption that anyone who visits the site daily will have a good idea of what good content is - and now frequent visitors have the power to make their ideas heard! "

But is there any other ways to rack up more points then just watchin films everyday?

Mine are worth 5.00 since I became a level 9 today.

But is there any other ways to rack up more points then just watchin films everyday?

Yes, if someone signs up for a gold accound, they can place you as the refferer. This gets the reffered person 5 bonus points.
