I do some interesting art.. anatomy is shit, shading and coloring are screwed up, well probably everything is f**ked.
Seriously, i wonder if my art and my account are worthy enough to be scouted.

Asking to be scouted is against the rules.
Just create an art thread and post your work there. Someone will scout you if your work deserves to be in the art portal.
And as you improve, consider deleting weaker pieces and such with less effort put in, to avoid selling yourself short.
What everybody else said about not asking to be scouted, or else a vicious bird-stick-based mod will force you to make an art thread first.
(If only to encourage some feedback on your work, rather than worthless validation)
