Use Newgrounds flash API in html5

Hey Newgrounds, currently trying to get my head around the newgrounds.io api but thought I would try to use the flash api in a html5 game, now I can use the preloader and ad etc just swapping out the contents of the div for the flash preloader with the game file html, but I was wondering if its possible to use the flash api to use its features such as unlocking medals etc in a html5 game?

I know I can just have the swf hidden and contact to and from it using js however when trying this on newgrounds the api does not seem to be recognized unless uploaded as a swf, any one got any ideas? :o

go to GIthub and search for Newgrounds API and JavaScript. You will find a library with a linked demo game here that can unlock Medals. Unfortunately, scoreboards aren't implemented.

As for scoreboards and a working newgrounds.io v3 example, you can just look at the official javascript API, it comes with an example with a working scoreboard

I managed to put Newgrounds medals and topscores in my game 'Foreign Frugglers' with Game Maker Studio 1.4. (GM2 also works)
