Trying to do some 3/4 and side view from imagination , the 3/4 beats me hard it hurts.
Even if the side view looks worse i did that in 3-5 min , i wasted 25+ on 3/4

*Laugh * had way to much fun these last days with sketching ... too much for my own good , now this is some imagination stuff.
By the way , i have a question for you guys : What do you do when you get bored but you wanna keep drawing? what helps you stay motivated/inspired until you are done for the day??
Drawing from imagination , i wanted to keep working on it but i gave myself a 15m. time limit! soo this is all i could have done ! there is always a next one , the perspective it's meh and some others.
This turned out soo much worse then expected , i started with a phonix reborn ideea and somehow ...... tranformed into this ! Fear the mama bird attacks , also don't let her stay on you... it will CRUSH you.
Also i started doing traditional drawings again and for some reason i enjoy doing traditional more, soo i have a question to the guys that does digital and traditional! , what do you like more and why?

Hehe no problem Nikita ! Hopefully you will have more time and be back with more awesome art ! until then keep up the good work.
Dude, I'm just gonna say good work and keep going.
Except for the bird phoenix one, that one sucks dick.
It seems redundant for me to keep posting here, just know that I'm visiting this thread from time to time.
Seems like the only one who can upload often around here is kubeti, I still wonder what happened to the others's progress.
To answer your question, I enjoy digital more. It took a lot of time to get used to, but once you get a hang on it, you realize multiple layers and ctr-z is way more forgiving than the rubber and pencil. There's still a lot of inking that could only be achieved by hand, but digital gave me the cleanest results.
(is cleanest a word? doesn't feel like it, sounds redundant, like saying "more better")

Amen to that.

Hopefully they are working in the shadows and gonna surprise us soon !

Ding ding ding nice answer. Prey the CTRL-Z our lord and savior.

Cleanest it's the cleanest word there is.
I will take a break from posting here for 1-2 weeks , i wanna take a break from digital in general for 1 to 3 weeks , finish 1 or 2 sketchbooks meanwhile .
I wanted to ask if anyone wanna study part time ( 1-4 hours /day) on skype and or something like that , since nikita it's taking a break i have no study buddy ! Feelsbadman , anyone up for the challange? ( Lmao ) studying : anatomy , design , light and shadow , figure drawing ... Etc.

That is a hell lot of time for folks like me, you can skype me for advice from time to time though.
For fun i wanna do some fantasy creature designs from different starting points ( Ex: Head - eyes - mouth ...etc without construction ) just to see where i can take it at the moment , just having fun with it ! also as a rule for myself i put a max limit time of 30m. soo i don't get lost on the details and focus on the bigger picture / idea .

It's ALIVEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE UGHHHHHHHH!
Them skulls look good man , focking front face skulls give me soo much pain to study but you did an oke job at it ! keep up the good work .
Also here it's some old skull studies of mine ( 2-3 + months i think ) gotta get back on the skull next month and improve on it fast , since i suck at it.
I am trying to some animations all these days but still I find time to do some anatomy stuff
Haven't uploaded anything in a while , here are some 3-5 min sketches trying to improve my back muscles / shoulder and their proportion.
I want some critiques about the arm itself and the connection with the torso.

But I can at least read the intention behind the idea. The connection to the anatomy to me is a bit difficult to read. Your getting closer to the truth...much farther then I could have done in a short period of time.
Nice seeing you aroun dilan and thanks for the great feedback , usually i wouldn't say i improved at all ,but this time.. as you said it's getting closer , muscle starting to make more sense to me with every drawing , hopefully by the end of the year i will get somewhere at least with the top part of the body ( Pelvis - Head ).

You're silly stuff looks Awesome , do you only draw human body / anatomy / proportion etc.. or you also draw stuff randomly from imagination or have you tried any "random generator" , backgrounds / dragons(fantasy) / trees.. etc? also have you tried paiting?
also your drawing it's easy to read , keep up the good work.

Thanks for your good comments yes I Iam more into figure drawing I dont enjoy anything other than figures and characters As I want to become a character animator .
I do create character doodles from imagination but they are extra silly
Some tiny poses I did a year or so ago. Really helpful to doodle something really fast and later go over it with a sharpie. Making my drawings smaller also helped me to focus on the big picture instead of details.

hmm for motivation you can try giving yourself little prizes if you have drawn the amount of time you planned to, and listening to music\podcasts really helps me stay focused.
btw id like to join you! i a beginer as well. you are studying human anatomy? or am i not updated?

Thanks for the tips , yes i'm still studying human related stuff , from anatomy to proportion , bones etc.
I'll take this month free from posting here ( except this one ) and drawing very little since i just found my first job and i work from 2-10/day , soo i will take me a while to adapt to the job time and drawing , i will take atleast 1 week from drawing even if that may not be ...great ! Thanks for reading , have a nice day.
