General tip: You should be more considerate in who you follow, instead of clicking the heart on every single profile you come across. You can't be an honest fan of a thousand different people anyway.

He is the founder of the website, Tom Fulp. It's a running gag to mess up his surname. I can't find the origin, but there was an old hate mail where the person, for a start, couldn't get his name right.
