but can someone explain how to tween?

HI NightRaid-NG,

1. Create a frame
2. Draw your image
3. extend your frame to whatever amount like a 100 frames for example press F5
4. Select the frame
5. Right click
6. Select create motion tween
7. move your image up, down, left whatever you like

If you are still having trouble go on YOUTUBE or google it there are many examples
