Is there any good non scammy email services that doesnt include this. Yahoo i just hate, outlook is slow and gmail have to connect me to annoying youtube.

I've consider to just ditch emails since most services now seems to be ok with registering phones in general.

Zoho Mail offers a very full featured free mail app and when you sign up you get access to a whole mess of other other applications attached to your account. In many ways it is similar to Gmail, though their privacy policy is a bit better.
You might also want to look at these:
You could buy your own domain, find a good webhost and have your own email @whateveryouwant.com
Use a fake email sender / receiver. Send under any name, to any one you want.
