Not sick as an "im coming down with a cold" type shit. I'm talking about the type where you are just pissed off all the time and stressed out to the point where you're just sitting there wanting to break down and cry or break something or someone. I feel this way too often at times but I do end up getting it under control with some time and silence. So i'm gonna ask this again, do you ever feel sick or at least felt something similar to this?

Last time was when I was going through puberty.

anti D's gave me panic attacks with their side effects, ask your doc about something more natural
mine told me to buy 5-HTP and L-Theanine supplements, ask your doc about them and see what he/she says

I only get that sort of feeling when I realized that I've just spent all day on the internet. Getting out of the house and getting some exercise is the best way to relieve those types of feelings. Listen to calming music and burn some incense to relax.

Don't be so eager to get a prescription for antidepressants because you could develop a dependence and make it harder to enjoy life.

Everyone has those days where they wake up with a headache, and then you just know it's going to be a bad day.

Dr. Oz said (in an episode last week) that feeling ill is not good for the body, so you should try and avoid it by eating as many vitamins and antiozonants as you can.

Just about everyday it fluctuates towards different levels of fatigue and anxiety

btw how does the medication make you feel? my anti D's made me feel like my head was "white" and empty if that makes sense, it was weird

I don't know yet. I just took my first one tonight. It said I could take up to two weeks to feel the effects.

I get all emo every now and then when I realize that I've been alone most of my life
