Last night, and usually all nights, I eat Pho Vietnamese noodles with an Uno(a pepperoni calzone) both from HEB. I dip the calzone in the Pho soup when I am done eating the noodles. Then I have a ham sandwich with black forest smoked ham and Swiss cheese from the deli in HEB(with a lot of horse radish). I usually eat a lot at dinner, I get all 3 meals worth of food around the late afternoon towards night, and nothing else for the rest of the day. No breakfast but a late lunch and then dinner.
Halloumi, quinoa, feta cheese and carrot salad for lunch.
