Why no cacheAsBitmapMatrix for PC?

Seems like it'd be a handy thing to have... but its only on mobile wtf

Any alternatives that have a similar effect?

i.e. I don't want my vector images to be redrawn every frame just because they are rotated. CacheAsBitmap only covers translation, not rotation.

Seems pretty hardware specific, it might be that a different implementation is needed per platform, and mobile needed it the most. I would bet the other air apps get it some day
