That only applies to countries that actually give a shit about piracy. The sites whose domains are in the US Swedeb and the West African countries will just ignore the Japanese requests. Also Japan doesn't understand the concept of Fair Use like on YouTube using footage for reviews and AMVs and parodies DBZA anyone? To them those people are "infringing on our copyrights". More like money grubbing.
You don't have to worry about these Pirate hunters legal streaming sites are fine if they do get taken down all they do is take their domains to a country with looser laws with a host company that doesn't give a fuck.
