Okay so i love the mecha style but i find myself struggling to actually make it myself. Any tips? advice? PLEASE!
Looking at the boring real life things like robot joints and hydraulics will give you a general ideas of how mechas move and operate. I personally think most people when trying to draw mechas only think about the cool parts like armors and big guns. They will stuggle when they have to put all those things together. Open up as many disassembled machines as you can for reference when drawing!
Also you can look up Scott Robertson's youtube channel. His older videos has cool insight on how to draw good and believeale machineries.
