Banner of Podcast website

Hello people
I have a podcast and I have a few ideas on my mind about how I'd like it to be. Unfortunately here in Brazil it's very expensive to have a simple banner made (around USD 200.00).

I want 1 big and 1 small banner with 5 caracters with different dance cloths (bale dancer, samba dancer, etc) with faces similar to mine and my friends a thing really simple, something like this Pic of another banner

I'd like 5 charachters with different dance type of cloths (as said) with a wallpaper behind like in a dance club.
I can send you the profile pictures that must be in each character. Do you have an idea of how much it may cost?
