I decided after working 12-14 hour days with only one hour breaks was enough, and I told them adios. The crew was pretty chill, one girl cried after hearing I was leaving. I'll take my chances finding hopefully a better job though.

Personally, I would never quit a job, no matter how bad, unless I have a replacement job already waiting for me. Being unemployed is too risky, you might never get another job if you are unemployed.
