That was their logo after they had changed the name of their party. Originally they were the "Folkpartiet" (the peoples party) but then they changed it to "Liberalerna" (the Liberals). Basically it's just the old logo with the old name scratched out.

I don't know, they are really suffering in the polls right now, I guess they're kind of desperate trying anything to seem like they're diffirent from before will at the same not really changing anything. I mean besides the name change and the new logos they're practially the same party as they were before all this bullshit.
