I always wanted to become a movie creating person on newgrounds but I want to have a thing that I can download "free" and doesn't have scripting I have looked all over the internet but just CANT FIND ONE!!! so I want you to help and tell me a program that 1. does not have scripting and 2. must be free or downloadable PLEASE find one for me!
I think Adobe Flash has a free 30-day trail, no?

What do you mean by scripting?
When it comes to animation programs I like to split them into two groups.
1. Vector - Manipulate pre-existing lines in order and the computer generates most of the motion based on the positions.

2. Free Hand - Frame by frame, where you draw all of pictures.
-Pencil 2D : http://www.pencil2d.org/
-Fire Alpaca : http://firealpaca.com/en
Adobe Flash Professional provides both Vector and Free Hand, which makes it great for all users. Obviously the program isn't free, but if you're looking to experiment with the two animation types this program is more reliable than some of those FREE programs. I'd recommend TVPaint along with it, but I digress.
Looking at the "Winnie the Pooh" animation and assuming you're just starting, all I can say is make as many animation tests as you can. It will be a great way to see what you're capable of and see where you can improve. Also make sure you're doing it for recreational fun opposed to competing with someone to see who's better.
