Over a week earlier, The "Fine" Brothers tried to trademark "React," along trying to steal ad revenue from you or sue your ass if you use their format. But that's the part of their "React World" program, but guess where that idea went? Anyways, there's more than just that, so I want to know more shady or stupid things that the Fine Brothers did. So I could make a CinemaSins styled video about these dong-cobblers.

So tell me, what else the Fine Bros have done?

There's a very simple solution to all of this. Laws need to be explained better. What can be trademarked? What can't?

Can a single word such as "react" be trademarked, if people could make unique content out of it.

And then when someone tries to abuse the system, just from the Attempt, the law could say, "pay a fine", or "a month in prison", or something like that. Problem solved. And even if they get accepted, someone could easily tell the board "look, this is why they should have been rejected" and then we go back to the penalty. =)

IP is already bad in the first place.

IP isn't bad at all. It's actually a great thing. The US' current copyright system is shit, though, and serves to protect corporations and not actual artists or creators.

which goes back to my point, anyone (CEO of corporation/independent creator, etc) would not like a prison record for something like "abuse of copyright system"
