A better idea is to build a bridge and get over it completely, losing friends in social media that you probably didn't give much of a toss about before isn't going to affect your life that much. If you really want to make up with your friend, you're better off meeting them IRL, if you're not afraid of a potential pepper spray blast if it goes south.
