If the artist of a song said "Feel free to use!" in the description of their song, do I still have to make specific arrangements with them to use it in something other than a web based game or animation? Thanks in advance ^_^
I think you should ask the artist directly. First its common courtesy to let him/her know that you will use their work for your project, and second:
"Feel free to use" seems a bit vague and contradicting with the license:D
Feel free to use for a non commercial project?
Feel free to use in any way?
